Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the SharpList application ("the app"). By downloading, installing, or using SharpList, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SharpList, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

SharpList is a grocery shopping list application that allows you to create, organize, and share shopping lists. The app uses Apple's iCloud for data synchronization and sharing capabilities.

3. Subscription & Payment

• SharpList requires an active subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase to use.
• A free trial period may be offered to new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription fee.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or through the app's settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within SharpList, including your shopping lists and items. We do not claim any rights over your content.

5. iCloud & Data Sync

SharpList uses Apple's CloudKit for data synchronization and list sharing. Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is subject to Apple's terms and storage limits. We are not responsible for data loss caused by iCloud service disruptions or your iCloud storage being full.

6. Shared Lists

When you share a list with other users via iCloud, those users will be able to view and edit the shared list. You are responsible for managing who has access to your shared lists.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its related systems.
• Redistribute or resell the app or any part of it.

8. Intellectual Property

SharpList, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding user-created content), is the intellectual property of SharpList and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SharpList is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SharpList shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of SharpList, including but not limited to loss of data or missed shopping items.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Your continued use of SharpList after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
