SharpList ("we", "our", or "the app") is a grocery shopping list application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use SharpList and how it is handled.

1. Information We Collect

SharpList is designed with privacy in mind. We collect and process only the minimum data necessary for the app to function:

• Shopping list data: The lists and items you create are stored locally on your device and, if you choose to enable iCloud sync, in your private iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit service.
• Subscription data: When you subscribe to SharpList, purchase and subscription information is processed by Apple's App Store and by RevenueCat, our subscription management provider, to verify your subscription status and manage your account.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to:

• Your name, email address, or other personal contact information
• Your location data
• Device identifiers for advertising purposes
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
• Any data from other apps on your device

3. iCloud & CloudKit

If you use iCloud sync or share lists with other users, your data is stored in Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. This data is associated with your Apple ID and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your Apple ID or iCloud credentials.

4. Subscription Management (RevenueCat)

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipt data from Apple to validate your subscription. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or any personal information from SharpList. You can review RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Third-Party Services

SharpList does not integrate any advertising networks, social media SDKs, or third-party analytics tools. The only third-party services used are:

• Apple CloudKit: For iCloud data sync and list sharing.
• RevenueCat: For subscription management and receipt validation.

6. Data Security

Your shopping list data is stored on your device and in your private iCloud container, protected by Apple's security infrastructure. We do not operate our own servers and do not have access to your data.

7. Children's Privacy

SharpList does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect personal information from any users, no special provisions are required.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of SharpList after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
